Heavy Thrashin’ Dudes & Dudettes: You are in a metal band that kicks major A.. but havent got the attention yet you deserve? Well, here is your chance to win a ‘mega attention’ slot on the MYSPACE MUSIC page for a whole week!
Yes, no kidding! ARCH ENEMY and MYSPACE have teamed up for a very special MYSPACE FEATURED ARTIST contest, starting TODAY, Friday 18th of September until Wednesday September 24th 2009.
What you have to do in order to be picked? Quite simple: Post a comment under this blog and tell us what makes you the MOST PURE FUCKING METAL ACT on MySpace! Of course we don’t want to make it that easy so that’s the reason why we want to hear a seriously SHREDDING SOLO in your songs as well! And – you must be an UNSIGNED BAND. If you’re lucky enough your band is going to be one of our 10 favorite bands which we’ll forward to the MySpace office and which will participate in the final user voting from next Friday on!
Turn up the distortion on your myspace profile and present us your best songs in your player! We’re looking forward to your tunes! But remember: Myspace Featured Artist isn’t gonna do it for you without heavy duty rehearsing, playing lotsa club shows and really, really wanting IT to happen! So plug it in and play out LOUD!
